APTE will replace any defective program software. APTE will allow returns of any unopened software if returned to APTE within three months of purchase, less a 15% restocking fee. Opened software can be returned for credit only within three months of purchase, less a 15% restocking fee

Hardware (cameras, microscopes, accessories) sold, but not manufactured, by APTE, can be returned for credit, only if unopened, within one month of purchase. Defective hardware must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. APTE will assist customer with manufacturer contact information.
